CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) - UNITED STATES

OUR OFFICE IS TAKING SERIOUS PRECAUTIONS TO HELP LIMIT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PATIENTS, WE REQUIRE THAT EVERYONE WEAR A MASK WHEN COMING INTO OUR OFFICE.

EVERYONE'S TEMPERATURE WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE ENTERING OUR CLINIC. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO FILL OUT A COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 OR HAVE RECENTLY TRAVELED OUT OF THE AREA, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE @208-529-9292.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

We have a waiting list for appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call our office 24 hours in advance so that we can schedule other patients. Thanks you. There is a $50 missed appointment fee without a 24 hours notice.

We ask all patients to be sensitive to the mission of our clinic. Perfumes, colognes, scented lotions, hand creams, and essential oils trigger migraine headaches and other symptoms in many many of our patients. Therefore no perfume or fragrance allowed in our office. Don't even spray once! Thank you!! ESPECIALLY NO SCENTED LOTIONS.

Please arrange for a baby sitter for children not being tested. If more than 1 child is being tested, 2 adults need to be present.

Patients under 18 years of age must have an adult present for office visit appointments, and before any allergy injections will be given.
